What is the best way to wash a baseball cap without shrinking, damaging, discoloring, or bending it?
Ok now this is going to sound really stupid, but it works ok! Put the hat on in the shower, wash the outside like you do when you wash your hair, WITH SHAMPOO!! then carefully wash the inside of the cap the same way, taking care not to bend the brim. If it’s sunny outside, just put it back on your head after you have washed it, and let it dry on your head, that way you will be sure it won’t shrink and will fit you just fine! Shampoo removes all that head grease and the marks from sweat, believe me it’s great!
