Yes, God made the Marijuana Plant, but from a Christian view; there must be another use for it other than to smoke it, because it does alter our minds. In the Bible it says; “A drunken man cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven”. I believe this refers to ANYTHING that becomes consuming in your life. I am a past smoker, and I loved the way it made me feel spiritually. I thought that I was really close to God, when I was not. If I have to use a substance to feel safe and at peace, then I am not fully walking with God, and I do not fully understand why Jesus died for me. I need a relationship with HIM; not a substance. There are many distractions in this world; that is what Satan intends! Usually the most controversial are really about our morals; and based on what we know to be true, the decisions we are going to make.
