As a man I will tell you that red flags are different. For me it is when a woman is rude or bossy. Also selfishness means they are incapable of empathizing with you and are much more likely to be in it for themselves. When something or someone better gets along, they would have no problem leaving because they were never invested into you, they were invested in themselves. So, look for signs of selfishness. Do they only do things when they get something out of it? Do they only need to get their way? Do they punish you for having a life outside of them? If it’s all about me, me, me and never about you, unless it benefits them. That’s a flaming red flag.
Hi, If you can deeply observe the behavior of a particular person, I think you can come to a correct decision. If you two can spend a few hours by having coffee or tea, then it will let them to familiar with you and you can take his/her personality out. This has happened to me and actually he could understand me quickly once we went to have lunch.
