What is the Boarding and Flexibility Package?
The Boarding and Flexibility Package includes products to make your travel experience easier, more convenient, and should your plans change, more affordable. Included in the package is access to Group 1 of General Boarding, the ability to standby for an earlier flight, and a $75 Flight Change Discount. The package can be purchased when you book your ticket on AA.com and applies to domestic itineraries within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). The package will only be offered for itineraries marketed and operated by American Airlines, American Eagle and AmericanConnection®. The package will apply to all passengers booked in the same reservation.
