What is the book “Stanley Kubricks ACO”?

It is an amazing book. It is a frame by frame telling of the movie with 384 pages and over 700 black and white photos and all the dialogue from the movie. It was published by Abelard-Schuman in 1972 in a limited edition hardcover for (gasp) $7.95 and a trade paperback. It was sold, can you believe in the theater lobbies. I purchased a hardcover copy in 1990 for the bargain price of $50. Recently is has been reprinted in the UK.
