What is the CCSA Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program and how does it work?
Each year CCSA sponsors successfully adopt approximately 160 families at Christmastime. Eligible families and their children are registered to participate in the program. The families are then matched with sponsors who provide the makings of a Christmas, including gifts for the children and grocery gift cards so the family may celebrate a holiday meal. The agency staff and volunteers screen interested families to seek out those most in financial need.
