What is the CD Bridge portion of a Video CD?
A CD Bridge is a set of software instructions and data written to track 1 of a Video CD during the encoding process. With respect to its use by a Video CD capable DVD player, it identifies the structure of the disc to the DVD player for proper video and audio playback. The CD Bridge also makes it possible to access features such as track and index views along with other functions supported by various DVD players.
