Using the chest belt will increase the friction on the carpet, which will provide additional traction for the low back. To use, simply wrap it around your chest and under your arms. Make sure the ribbed part is facing outward, towards the carpet. Then lay back and proceed with ratcheting up the tension as described in the how to manual.
