What Is The Churn Contract Period?
• There is a 6 month initial contract period for customers who churn to Exetel. • While a user may feel there should be no new contract period as they may well have had ADSL1 for a long time with their previous supplier(s) this is a Telstra imposed rule that Exetel can do nothing about. • There is a $100.00 termination charge from Exetel for a customer to churn away to another ADSL1 provider, or to cancel their ADSL1 service, within the initial 6 month contract period.
