What is the Circle of Huntington Hospital?
The Circle was founded in 1991 and is a nonprofit auxiliary of Huntington Hospital. The Circle is comprised of individuals from Pasadena, San Marino, and surrounding cities whose efforts have raised more than $1 million for Huntington Hospital. Currently, the Circle is directing its support to the vital programs of the Constance G. Zahorik Breast Center at Huntington Hospital. Opened in 1999, the Zahorik Breast Center is a medical facility offering extensive care coordination for women diagnosed with breast cancer. The Circle also supports the “Huntington Appearance Center.” The Appearance Center provides a compassionate setting for men and women undergoing cancer-related treatments. The Appearance Center provides help for hair loss, a selection of hats, scarves, and turbans, assistance with wig, mustache, and beard selection, hair styling, and skin-care products to assist patients through all phases of cancer treatment.
