Target has been working with city staff, the county and various committees over the last two months to review and discuss the project proposal. The Traffic and Transportation Advisory Committee (TTAC) will meet again on October 9 to review the enhancements that Target has made in partnership with city staff and county. The Bloomington City Council will hold a meeting to review the recommendations provided by TTAC and the Planning Commission and make a deicsion on whether to approve or deny Target’s application. This meeting will be held October 27. We encourage you to check back on this Web site for future updates.
