What is the “Cleaning Fee” and what does it cover?

The cleaning fee takes care of everything after you check out, so you don’t have to spend your last vacation hours cleaning the house. It includes washing and drying the sheets, towels, making the beds, vacuuming, doing the dishes – putting the home back into the same condition it was in, as when you arrived. We do ask that before you leave, that you strip ONLY the beds you have used and put the sheets and pillow cases in the bathtub (leave the comforters on the beds).  more
