What is the commonality between the first Genesis creation story and the battle in Enuma Elish?
The enuma elish is a more accurate report. That of Genesis is a vague version. In the enuma elish, it says that our Solar System was not as it is now. There was no planet Earth. But, where the Asteroid Belt is now, there was a large watery planet. It’s gravity was troublesome to its neighbors. Then, from outer space, a roving comet-like planet called Nibiru came barging in. Its “winds” or moons hit the watery planet and split her in half. The remaining half became the rakiah or “hammered-out bracelet” which is called the firmament in the Bible.
