The Competition Jury is responsible for: reviewing the competition site; reading and reviewing the Competition Brief; evaluating the Stage I and Stage II submissions based upon the criteria stated in the Competition Brief; selecting the Stage II finalists; selecting the winning submission for design of the Square; and preparing a Jury Report providing written comments on each Stage II submission and advising of the Competition Jury’s final selection of the winning submission.
