What is the cost of Composite Resin fillings?
Fees vary, but they are greater than that of a metal filling. It takes more time and skill to place a composite restoration, and the material costs more, too. Our patients who have had them placed have told us it is worth the extra expense. Most dental insurance plans (since they are in business to make money and not spend it) cover the cost of the composite up to the price of a metal filling. We will be happy to check with your insurance company to determine the level of your benefits.
