What is the cost of employing a candidate with a Tier 1 visa?
Recruitment fees: assuming the candidate is already in the UK then the cost would simply be a standard recruitment fee; Offer doesn’t charge any more because you are employing a candidate with a work permit. Our standard recruitment fee is 20% of base salary. Interview expenses: if the candidate is not already in the country for interviews then they may seek a contribution towards travel expenses, but we would always inform you of this when we submitted the CV. Many candidates are prepared to bear this cost themselves in order to be as attractive to UK employers as other UK residents. Work Permit fees: there are no fees for the employer to pay.
