The cost of becoming an Air Canada Maple Leaf Club member is only CA$425 (tax included) per year. You can also purchase a membership for your spouse at the reduced rate of CA$199 (tax included). The cost of becoming an Air Canada Maple Leaf Club Worldwide member is only CA$649 (tax included) per year. You can also purchase a membership for your spouse at the reduced rate of CA$299 (GST included). Express Service Option: for an additional charge of CA$25.00 (tax included) at the time of enrollment/renewal, you can receive an e-mail with a personalized authorization letter allowing you to access Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges until you receive your membership card. Present this letter along with your boarding pass for a confirmed same day departing Air Canada or Star Alliance partner flight to access any Maple Leaf Lounge. This letter is not valid in any other partner lounges and can only be used in Air Canada maple Leaf Lounges.
