Non-Credit Withdrawals and Refunds To receive a full refund, written notification of a non-credit withdrawal must be received by Teachers College Continuing and Professional Studies, up to thirty days prior to the start of the program. Written notification of a non-credit withdrawal received by Teachers College Continuing and Professional Studies between twenty-nine days and eight days prior to the start of the program, will receive a 50% refund. Please allow up to four – six weeks for check refunds to be processed, and five – ten business days for credit card refunds. Written notification should be sent to: Teachers College, Columbia University Continuing and Professional Studies (CPS) 525 West 120th Street, Box 99 New York, New York 10027 Refunds will not be issued for a non-credit withdrawal within seven days of the start of the program, nor after the start date of the program.
