I believe all Indiana public schools have the same cut off and rarely make exceptions to this cutoff. I believe the cutoff is now August 1. You may be able to look into private schools for kindergarten as they often have different cutoff dates. My son will be 2 weeks shy of 6 years old when he starts kindergarten.
