What is the Cuyahoga County CBCF?
The Cuyahoga County CBCF will be a single story, brick and glass design, 53,000 square foot residential community corrections and treatment facility. It will be constructed as an energy efficient, environmentally friendly building, meeting the rigorous national standards of LEED certification. The facility location is in an industrial area that has been rezoned residential, offering quick and convenient access to public transportation. The Cuyahoga County CBCF will be operated by Oriana House, an internationally renowned non-profit agency that has been providing services since 1981. How Does the CBCF Program Work? The CBCF program is designed to last four to six months and consists of four progressive phases. Phase 1: Upon entry into the program, clients are restricted to the facility for a minimum of 30 days.
