A copy of the horses breed papers or letter from the PO (for foals that have not been issued breed papers yet) and the All-Breeds Declaration Form must be received by USDF by August 1 of the award year for the horse to be eligible for Adequan/USDF All-Breeds Awards. There are no exceptions to this deadline.
