What is the deadline for my weekly timecard?
All timecards must be submitted by 12:00p (Noon) on Tuesday for the previous week worked. Our work week is Sunday Saturday, the same as the traditional Medicare work week. If you miss this deadline your check will be processed for the following payroll cycle. Pay dates are every Friday. Please use a new timecard each week for each facility. Please make sure that you fill in the timecard completely and accurately, and have a facility representative sign your timecard. Your timecard can be mailed, emailed or faxed directly to our payroll department via our toll free fax line: 866.401.4170 or you can email it directly to the payroll department at: Payroll@PreferredRegistry.com.
