One cool bacteria that isn’t really deadly, but is a hospital nuisance is Psuedamonas aeruginosa: this bacteria actually grow and thrive in your soap, so a surgeon washes his hands, if the soap is infected, can cause infection on the patient. Viral: I would say HIV or AIDS, but I’m sure everyone will do this. The ebola virus, although rare here, when there is an outbreak can kill up to 90%.
