A. Full-time Permanent Employee is defined as (i) a full-time, permanent employee on the Eligible Business payroll, that has worked at the Eligible Premises for a minimum of thirty-five hours per week for not less than four consecutive weeks and who is entitled to receive the usual and customary fringe benefits extended by the Eligible Business to other employees with comparable rank and duties; or (ii) two part-time, permanent employees on the Eligible Business payroll, that have worked at the Eligible Premises for a combined minimum of thirty-five hours per week for not less than four consecutive weeks and who are entitled to receive the usual and customary fringe benefits extended by the Eligible Business to other employees with comparable rank and duties.
