What is the definition of Disability for benefit payout?
Disability means your continuous inability, due to sickness or injury, to perform the substantial and material duties of your regular occupation and you are under the regular care and treatment of a licensed physician or licensed health care provider. To qualify for Disability protection, you must be disabled for 30 consecutive days. Benefits begin to accrue on the 31 st day that you are disabled.
