Racism is any behaviour which is detrimental to the welfare of others, directly or otherwise, purely because of their racial identity. Members of *any* race are quite capable of making racism manifest; it is certainly not the preserve of just one race. Nor is it the preserve of any racial majority. If just six purples live among a thousand greens they may well be the minority, but the minute all six of them beat up on a lone green because they hate the greenness they have become the racist majority. People sometimes get offended by jokes because what person finds funny, another finds offensive. I think racism is very real and can cost lives, and it is something that the sane among us need to eradicate for the social disease it most assuredly is.
