What is the deposit/refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve the unit. You may get a full refund, up to 30 days prior to arrival, minus a $50 processing fee. The balance of the deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancelinside of30 days prior to your arrival, we’ll refund your money minus $50 if we’re able to re-book the nights of your stay. If we’re not able to rebook, then we’ll carry over the deposit money for a future stay.
