What is the difference between a family subdivision and a minor subdivision?
Family subdivision means a single division of a lot or parcel for the purpose of sale or gift to a member of the immediate family of the property owner. Minor subdivision means the division of a parcel that creates, simultaneously or cumulatively, seven (7) or fewer lots.
