What is the difference between a manga, doujinshi and magazine?
Manga is a commercially published Japanese comic book. Doujinshi is a Japanese fan produced comic book based on someone else’s fictional world from manga, literature, film etc. Magazine is a Japanese produced weekly or monthly anthology publication of considerable size. They are often printed on newsprint quality paper, and are also referred to as “phone books”.
