What is the difference between a Maryland PBS TeacherLine course and a National PBS TeacherLine course?
Maryland PBS TeacherLine courses enroll primarily Maryland teachers. These local courses allow learners to focus on the Maryland Voluntary State Curriculum and are facilitated by a Maryland educator. All Maryland PBS TeacherLine courses are approved for MSDE/CPD credit and graduate credit. Maryland PBS TeacherLine courses are managed by MPT (Maryland Public Television) with registration through Thinkport. Partner districts receive a grant funded discount on Maryland PBS TeacherLine courses.
