What is the difference between a refracting and reflection telescope.?

Refracting Telescope = The light travels down the big lens at the front, straight down the tube into a smaller tube and into the eyepiece (containing 2 or 3 more smaller lenses)… pretty much similar to the very first telescopes used by Galileo. Most of them are usually cheap cack with over powered eyepiece, and wobbly tripods and next to useless for astronomy apart from viewing the moon. Reflecting telescope = The light travels through the big lens at the front, down the tube, bounces off a mirror at the bottom of the tube up to a smaller mirror back towards the top of the tube, which then reflects the image into the tube containing the eyepiece.
