What is the difference between a speech therapist or speech language pathologist?
According to some facilities the difference between a Speech Therapist and a Speech Pathologist is their license. A Speech Therapist can be a SLPA but a Speech Pathologist is always a SLP. Different training programs use different terminology. Some even call their graduates communication disorder specialists.A speech language pathologist should have a Masters degree and must be licensed.
