What is the difference between Aliphatic and Aromatic Organic Compounds?
Aliphatic — Organic compound that do not contain aromatic rings. Aromatic Ring — conjugated ring of unsaturated bonds that is stronger than would be expected by the stabilization of conjugation alone. For example Benzene has a aromatic ring resonance, so it’s much stronger than cylcohexane or cyclohexene.
