Christians believe Jesus is the messiah, the prophesied human manifestation of the divine, the miraculous presence of infinite spirit in mortal flesh, the sacrificial lamb who died for our sins on the cross, the light, the word, the way, the truth, and the path to an everlasting life of peace and happiness in the company of our lord in heaven. All I know about Catholics is that they have a lot of babies, so by the laws of Darwinian evolution they will inherit the earth.
