what is the difference between Creole and Cajun seasoning?

Editor’s Note: From what I could read online, there is very little difference anymore and quite often the two names are used interchangably. Originally Creole recipes were based on French with influences from Spain, Africa, Germany, Italy, the West Indies. Cajun is a group of French Arcadians that migrated from Canada to Louisiana. The blackened foods are Cajun, both have a lot of the same ingredients, just different flavors.
