What is the difference between Fiber Based (FB) and Resin Coated (RC) papers?

0

1. RC paper is plastic coated. Fiber is not. 2. Fiber is not as easy to wash. 3. Fiber might have a longer life than RC. On old RC papers the plastic coating would crack with age. Newer RC technology is supposed to have solved this problem. We won’t know until these prints get old, of course, so the debate rages on!
