WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FIELDSTONE AND COLONIAL OR FLAGSTONE?
Fieldstone is harvested in its naturally weathered state. It’s stone from the surface of the earth that has been weathered by the elements. Colonial and other quarry stone, comes from quarries in the earth and is freshly broken giving it sharper more defined edges. Fieldstone gives a more natural look, while colonial gives a neater more sculptured look.
