What is the difference between ghee and butter?

Ghee is clarified butter, so it is much more flavorful and concentrated. I personally don’t use ghee in my cooking, I’d much rather use butter. We obtain fat from so many different foods today, such as, cheese, cakes, which is why I don’t believe we need ghee in our lifestyles today.
