The Guest Services desk is in the main lobby building and can arrange dining reservations, exchange cash for "Disney Dollars" (and vice-versa), sell park admission tickets, rent (loan out) wheel chairs to French Quarter Guests, and can answer a variety of questions regarding the Walt Disney World property. The Front Desk is also in the main lobby across from The Guest Service Desk . The Front Desk is where you check in / check out, exchange foreign currency, help French Quarter Guests rent a car, send flowers, tell you all there is to know about the French Quarter, give you a map, as well as other information about the FQ.
