Fort Leavenworth Frontier Heritage Communities, LLC (FLFHC) is a partnership formed by the US Army and Michaels Military Housing, LLC created to operate and develop family housing at Fort Leavenworth for the next fifty years. The RCI office represents the interests of the Army for the project. Michaels Military Housing, LLC brings three key service providers to the project: Michaels Development Company, Interstate Realty Management, and Clark Realty Builders.
