Both sets of tariffs are available on contract, however, Anytime tariffs are aimed at the social user and Precept tariffs are tailored for the business user. This is only a guide and it will generally depend on when you using your mobile phone and the types of calls that will be made. For instance for calls made mainly peak or to foreign networks the Precept tariffs will be most cost effective. Also many chargeable options are available free on Precept, hence saving you money for extra options.
