What is the difference between recycling and reusing?

in recycling the product is ground up and remanufactured, in reusing the product is cleaned/repaired and reused

In recycling, something is broken down or cut up in some fashion and then made into something new. Reusing is just using something again for the same purpose without changing it.

recycling iswhen some thing is broken down to its rawest forms (plastic metal wood etc.) and made into other things (toilet paper) but reusing is simple getting somthing old or something you don’t use much and using it for its old purpose or using it for something new and remember reduce reuse and recycle!

Recycling is the last option we have before we dispose of something used, i.e. packaging or other item you no longer need, in doing so we stop that item going to landfill or incineration, thinking we have stopped pollution, HOWEVER, the process of transfer and reprocessing is also polluting! Reuse, i.e. pass you down clothing/returnable bottles etc. is far better but this still uses energy in the process of transport, cleaning etc. Reduce, is the only sane way forward, i.e. less packaging and a more sustainable lifestyle!
