What is the difference between rubber torsion and spring axles?
Rubber torsion axles require little to no maintenance and provide a smoother ride than spring axles. Spring axles will require maintenance and replacement of parts. Most larger trailers come only with rubber torsion axles; however, some smaller trailers give you the option of either rubber torsion or spring axles.
