What is the difference between the ADC and Watson?

Both the ADC and the Watson high school at-risk program are housed in the Elmer C. Watson Learning Center Building. The two campuses are totally different and totally separate during the school day. The ADC (Alternative Discipline Center) is the discipline facility for the Eagle Mountain/Saginaw ISD. Students from any campus in the district can be placed at the ADC for a specified period of time for serious or persistent violations of the Student Code of Conduct. The Watson program is an at-risk high school. Students must apply to Watson and be accepted into the program before they are allowed to enroll.
