What is the difference between the BSc and MChem?
The MChem is a four year course and the BSc is a three year course. In the first two years the courses are common and in the third and fourth years they significantly. The MChem course is designed for those intending a professional career in research and contains a large number of modules on research methods. The fourth year is primarily spent on a major forensic chemistry research project.
