What is the difference between the BSN Accelerated Program and the BSN Second Degree Program?

Both programs are for students who hold a bachelor’s degree in an area other than nursing. The BSN Second Degree follows the traditional 2-year program of study. The BSN Accelerated is a 1 year (12 month) program.

Should I be looking into an associate degree program, accelerated BSN programs (expensive and not many of them where I live), or a direct entry masters programs?
Are the requirements for the BSN-2nd degree program and the Accelerated BSN program different?
What is the difference between the Accelerated BSN Program and the BSN Second Degree Program?
