The difference between the Diploma and Certificate in Labour Relations is as follows: Successful completion of the Diploma includes completion of both the diploma-credit and the undergraduate degree-credit courses. Students must also be currently registered in or must have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Organizational Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Humanities. The Diploma is geared toward students with little or no experience in the field of labour relations. Successful completion of the Certificate includes only the completion of the certificate-credit courses. Students admitted to the Certificate are not required to complete any undergraduate degee-credit courses. Students must have a minimum of two years work experience working in a labour related field to be admitted to the Certificate.
