Both are 100-item multiple choice tests of listening and reading. They are constructed using the same test design, but different items. The major difference is in degree of control; as noted above, the ECL can be handled only by US citizens who are employees of the US Government.

Hi. My master’s thesis lacked several chapters and required serious content proofreading. A little earlier, I contacted one and a written service, though on other issues, but this time I received a fairly good service at a cheap dissertation writing service. So now everything is fine with me, and if any of you have difficulties with a dissertation, then this site under the link can be useful for you at any time.

Yes, the difference is that the level of control and verification is different. By the way, I once contacted the service https://au.edubirdie.com/dissertation-writing-services so that my dissertation could be checked since I am not a native speaker. But the test will provide an opportunity to get a working visa.
