What is the difference between the GM 160,000 km Powertrain Component Limited Warranty and my original warranty coverage?
A 3): Your New Vehicle Limited Warranty remains in effect; 4 years / 80,000 km (whichever comes first) for Buick, Cadillac, HUMMER and Saab; and 3 years / 60,000 km (whichever comes first) for Chevrolet, GMC, Pontiac and Saturn. For 2010 light duty vehicles, the GM 160,000 km Powertrain Warranty extends the powertrain coverage on your base warranty up to 160,000 km or 5 years from the original delivery date (whichever comes first).
