What is the difference between the Luis Seaview and the Moret Oceanside apartments?
The Moret Oceansides are older buildings leased from a local landlord. All the apartments are one bedroom, with various bed configurations to accommodate families and others who want to share apartments. The Moret Oceanside Apartments are cold water flats. (There is hot water in the showers, however.) Each of the apartments has a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The Luis Apartments are more modern, and have hot water in all the faucets. Some apartments have one bedroom and others have two bedrooms. Each apartment has one full bathroom.
